| This sinister creature releases a concentration of shadow magic into the atmosphere which adheres to the surrounding water vapour and causes it to condense into impenetrable black clouds. These clouds can then be used as cover, transportation, or as a reservoir for storing shadow energy.
These mice are believed to be responsible for the notorious trojan thundercloud tactic of bygone lore. | |||

Hunting Strategy
Only Shadow traps are effective against the Overcaster Mouse, all other power types are ineffective. The Overcaster Mouse can only be encountered on a Shadow Island or a Shadow Sanctuary.

Floating Islands's Island Based Loot
When found on a Low Altitude Island or a High Altitude Island, depending on the buffs present, the Overcaster Mouse can drop the following loot:
