Redirect

I thought I'd look for some input on where this page should redirect. Are uses searching the term "Knight" more likely to be looking for info on the Knight Mouse or the Hunter's Title? Currently the redirect points to Hunter's Title, but that's only because the rank of Knight existed before the Knight Mouse. I suppose we could also create a disambiguation for the term which would alleviate some of the trouble, but I don't know how necessary that is when there are only two articles at the moment and an "other uses" tag at the top of one of them would suffice. —MearsMan ^talk 18:33, 16 June 2010 (UTC)

In my opinion, Knight should be a redirect either to Knight Mouse or to the Hunter's Title. Furthermore, once we decide which one to use, all the internal links to Knight need to be checked to make sure they link to the right article (e.g. when referring to the Mouse, that it leads to a mouse, and when referring to rank, it leads to rank). I'm leaning toward making the redirect to lead to the Mouse. Note that when there's a Page rank (cf. Page Mouse), we need to make sure we do stuff the same way as we do for the Knight. -- camomiletea 04:17, 20 June 2010 (UTC)

I'm not necessarily against disambiguations, but like I said before I'm not sure how necessary one is in this case where a simple "other uses" tag at the top of a page would work just fine. In my mind the dab articles seem justified when there are three or more terms a reader might be searching for, but it becomes questionable when there are only two. Of the two articles I'm leaning towards a redirect to Knight Mouse as well, as I think that's the page that'll probably get more traffic from the link in the long run. Whatever we do, we should probably decide on it soon before the same issue arises with the Page Mouse/Rank as camomiletea pointed out. —MearsMan ^talk 15:51, 21 June 2010 (UTC)

Knight now redirects to the mouse. Three votes is good enough for me. I put a deletion tag here, but then when I realized there's also a Terror Knight mouse changed my mind. This page can remain with three terms. As far as Page, we should be able to avoid a disambiguation article. -- camomiletea 04:44, 23 June 2010 (UTC)
