Gauntlet Potions
Gauntlet Potion Tier 2
Using a Gauntlet Potion Tier 2 converts Marble, Swiss or SUPER|brie+ cheese into Gauntlet Cheese Tier 2 used in the King's Gauntlet. Gauntlet Potion Tier 2 is dropped by Clockwork Samurai, Hapless Marionette, Puppet Master, Sock Puppet Ghost, Toy Sylvan, and Wound Up White in the King's Gauntlet.
The type of cheese used in the conversion determines the amount of Gauntlet Cheese Tier 2 generated and the gold required (if any) per piece.
Hunters can convert:
- 6 pieces of SUPER|brie+ into 6 pieces of Gauntlet Cheese Tier 2 for free;
- 4 pieces of Swiss at 25 gold per piece into 4 pieces of Gauntlet Cheese Tier 2 for a total of 100 gold; or
- 2 pieces of Marble at 10 gold per piece into 2 pieces of Gauntlet Cheese Tier 2 for a total of 20 gold.
Gauntlet Potion Tier 3
Hunters can convert:
- 7 pieces of SUPER|brie+ into 7 pieces of Gauntlet Cheese Tier 3 for free;
- 5 pieces of Swiss at 50 gold per piece into 5 pieces of Gauntlet Cheese Tier 3 for a total of 250 gold; or
- 4 pieces of Marble at 25 gold per piece into 4 pieces of Gauntlet Cheese Tier 3 for a total of 100 gold.
History and Trivia
The Gauntlet Potion Tier 2 started out as the Gauntlet Potion (+2), but was quickly renamed due to confusion among the hunters regarding the number of potions received.
