- 2 June 2011: The Desert Nomad Mouse was introduced with the release of the Muridae Market location.
- 13 June 2011: The Desert Nomad Mouse was chosen as one of three Monday Mystery Mice. It dropped SUPER|brie+ cheese as loot for one day only.
- 4 April 2012: The Desert Nomad Mouse began dropping a bonus Desert Nomad Egg as loot during the Spring Egg Hunt 2012 event.
- 25 June 2013: The Desert Nomad Mouse gained a vulnerability to Law power type traps, with the release of Varmint Valley.
