The Bionic Mouse is a breed of mouse found in the Gnawnia and Burroughs regions. They are known to drop Brie Potions in the Harbour and Mountain. They are also known to drop Lab Research worth 1,000 bonus points and Radioactive Blue Cheese Potions in the Laboratory.

- Bionic mice were available in all three sections of the Haunted Terrortories location during the 2010 Halloween Trick AND Treat event.
- On 12 January 2011, Bionic mice could be found at Ronza's Traveling Shoppe where they dropped Rockforth cheese as loot for the first time.
- They were available again in all three sections of the Haunted Terrortories location during the 2011 Halloween Trick AND Treat event, and it was festively costumed to befit the event.
- Bionic mice appeared at the Birthday Party Celebration location during the MouseHunt's Fourth Birthday Celebration event, during which they were known to drop 2012 Birthday Gifts and Party Charms as loot.
- On 11 February 2013, they appeared in Calamity Carl's Cozy Cruise as part of the Year of the Snake Festival, dropping Cruise Bux, Firecracker Charms, and Digby Lab Souvenirs as loot.
- On 25 June 2013, they gained a vulnerability to Law power type traps, with the release of Varmint Valley.
- On 30 January 2014, they appeared in Calamity Carl's Cozy Cruise, but only in the Town of Digby and Laboratory phase of the cruise, as part of the Year of the Horse Festival event, dropping Cruise Bux, Firecracker Charms and the Digby Lab Miniature as loot.
