The Rift Vacuum Charm is part of the Riftwalker Set; arming it alongside a Rift Base and Rift weapon provides a +10% Power Bonus and +5 Luck. Also, with this charm armed, mice in the Burroughs Rift and Whisker Woods Rift will sometimes drop Calcified Rift Mist.
