This wood is harvested from the northern forests of Furoma, where the trees almost seem to fight back against the hatchets. Perfect for building combat apparatus. Template:Hr Splintered Wood is an item used to craft Combat cheese. It can also be used to craft the Dehydration Base. Splintered wood can be purchased from the Training Grounds General Store for 150 gold and refunded for 1 gold. When hunting in the Mountains, some Dwarf Mice will drop this item.
On 15 December 2008, Ronza's Traveling Shoppe General Store in Gnawnia sold Splintered Wood for 175 gold. The refund cost was 1 gold.
