The Gate Guardian Mouse is a breed of mouse found in the Forbidden Grove and the Acolyte Realm. They are known to drop Runes in the Forbidden Grove.

Gate Guardian mice have been found to be especially attracted to Ancient cheese.

Arcane type traps such as the Obelisk of Slumber are very effective against Gate Guardian mice.
