The Cackle Charm can be bought at the Charm Shoppe in the Haunted Terrortories for 3 Halloween Candies and is also dropped as loot by the Gourdborg Mouse. It cannot be refunded. It can also be obtained as a result from hunting with an Unstable Charm.

When this charm is used in Jungle of Dread, Fire Salt drops are increased.

The Cackle Charm was introduced on 19 October 2011 at the start of the Halloween at the Haunted Terrortories event.
