Types of shops
- The Trapsmith sells weapons and bases that are the basis of a hunter's arsenal. These can be combined in any possible form to give hunters a unique trap for catching mice. Every weapon and base differs in its gold price, power, attraction (see cheese), and luck ratings.
- The Cheese Shoppe offers various types of cheese for hunters. Cheese is necessary for arming a trap.
In Grandmaster areas Training Grounds and the Bazaar a third shop is available.
- The General Store is located in the Harbour, Training Grounds and the Bazaar. This store sells goods that can be crafted to make different types of cheese and weapons.
- The Cartographer can be found at the Bazaar. This unique individual repairs old and damaged map pieces to their former glory, unlocking new locations.
