The Shine Charm can be bought at the Cursed City Charm Shoppe for 300 gold and 1 Ber Essence, and cannot be refunded. They can be obtained from Living Garden Treasure Chest, 2 Shine Charms can be found in the Crate of Cursed City Charms. They can also be found in the Cursed City Charm Pack and Twisted Essence Collector Kit, which can only be obtained via Donating.
Location-Specific Effects
Catching a mouse with the Shine Charm armed in the Cursed City dispels the Darkness Curse, contributing towards activating the Fear, Darkness and Mist Curses Minigame. If the Darkness Curse is already disarmed, continuing to hunt with this charm effectively wastes a Ber Essence.
