The Dragon Jade Base is a limited edition base sold by Ronza. Compared to all other bases, it has the highest luck without Champion Charms, tying with Magma Base and Papyrus Base.
Purchasing Info
The Dragon Jade Base was available for purchase for 445,000 gold and 1 Jade Base from Ronza's Traveling Shoppe during her January-February 2012 visit if they had a Dragon Seal. It refunded for 65,000 gold at the same location.
