Purchasing Info
The Spellbook Charm cannot be bought. Instead, it is received upon completion of a Library Assignment, which can be started at the Crystal Library.
History and Trivia
The Spellbook Charm was introduced on 9 August 2011 when the Crystal Library location was introduced into the game.
