The Tidal Base can be purchased from the Sunken City Trapsmith for 2,500,000 gold, 150 Sand Dollars, 1 Aqua Base, 30 Barnacles, 30 Mouse Scales and 30 Damaged Coral Fragments. It refunds for 450,000 gold in this location.
