The Nerg Chieftain Mouse is a breed of mouse found in the Tribal Isles region. They are known to drop Yellow Pepper Seed and Ancient Ripped Blueprint in Nerg Plains.

Preferred Cheese
Nerg Chieftain mice have been found to be especially attracted to Gumbo cheese, to the point that any other kind of cheese will simply not suffice.

- The Nerg Chieftain Mouse drops the Nerg Egg during the annual Spring Egg Hunt.
History and Trivia
During the Spring Egg Hunt 2011, Nerg Chieftain mice began dropping a bonus Nerg Egg as loot for hunters who had obtained the Rocket Rabbit Mallet. They dropped the same loot the following year during the Spring Egg Hunt 2012 event for hunters who had obtained the Eggscavator.
