The Sheep Jade Base is available for purchase for 550,000 gold, 1 Jade Base, and 1000 Cruise Bux from Calamity Carl's Cruise Trapsmith during the Year of the Sheep Festival once the Captain's Coat is obtained. It cannot be refunded.
