Do we really know how this charm works? From the description it sounds as though the mice are weakened, rather than that the trap is boosted. The description has the same feel as Dragonbane... I don't know the mechanics behind the charm; what goes on; but I thought I'd raise the question for the sake of consistency. In the Charms table on Traps, Dragonbane says it weakens Dragon, and that what I put in for the Flamebane too. If it's instead a bonus to the trap, we need to adjust the wording. -- camomiletea 03:41, 3 June 2011 (UTC)

Power bonus?

Do we really know how this charm works? From the description it sounds as though the mice are weakened, rather than that the trap is boosted. The description has the same feel as Dragonbane... I don't know the mechanics behind the charm; what goes on; but I thought I'd raise the question for the sake of consistency. In the Charms table on Traps, Dragonbane says it weakens Dragon, and that what I put in for the Flamebane too. If it's instead a bonus to the trap, we need to adjust the wording. -- camomiletea 03:41, 3 June 2011 (UTC)

The blinding flash temporarily disorientates the troops and gives your trap a power bonus, making Marching Flame Mice a little easier to catch.
You can read the disorientation part as weakening the mice, but I thought the power bonus was pretty explicit so I would go with that. --Hyperchao 04:30, 3 June 2011 (UTC)
