By itself, this tiny seed of a charm doesn't seem very useful. But when combined with the Soiled Base, it spurs wild leafy growth and vastly increases its effectiveness!

Setup-Specific Properties

When armed with the Soiled Base, the charm bestows an additional 300 Power, 8% Power Bonus, 9 Luck, and 20% Attraction Bonus (this works out to 200 Power, 5% Power Bonus, 5 Luck, and 15% Attraction Bonus more than the Growth Charm).
