The Tidal Base can be purchased from the Sunken City Trapsmith for 5,625,000 gold, 400 Sand Dollars, 1 Aqua Base, 90 Barnacles, 90 Mouse Scales and 90 Damaged Coral Fragments. It refunds for 1,010,000 gold in this location.
