The Ninja Mouse is a breed of mouse found in the Gnawnia and Furoma regions. They are known to drop the Burroughs Laboratory Map Piece at the Mountain.

History and Trivia
- Ninja mice began dropping the Green Plaid Egg as loot in the Training Grounds on 14 April 2011, and the Blue Argyle Egg in the Dojo on 16 April 2011, for the Spring Egg Hunt 2011 event.
- Ninja mice appeared at the Birthday Party Celebration location during the MouseHunt's Fourth Birthday Celebration event, during which they were known to drop 2012 Birthday Gifts and Party Charms as loot.
