The Scum Scrubber is not sold by any Trapsmith and is therefore non-refundable. It can only be crafted given the proper ingredients.

The total cost of crafting only includes direct vendor costs. Variable costs in acquiring the ingredients are not included, such as the cost of cheese used in obtaining loot.
History and Trivia
The Scum Scrubber was introduced on 21 January 2014, with the release of the Toxic Spill. However the first Scum Scrubber was only crafted at the end of the second toxic spill, on 26 February 2014.
