The Extreme Power Charm can be bought at the Moussu Picchu Charm Shoppe for 900 gold, 4 Dragon Scales and 4 Minerals. It refunds for 600 gold.
The Extreme Power Charm can also be obtained from opening a Season 3 Treasure Chest. It can also be obtained as a result from hunting with an Unstable Charm.
