- The Rift Ultimate Lucky Power Charm can be dropped by Tomb Exhumer in Burroughs Rift, Absolute Acolyte, Clockwork Timespinner, Dread Knight, Epoch Golem, Harbinger of Death, Portal Paladin, Portal Plunderer, Record Keeper, Record Keeper's Assistant, Sentient Slime, Skeletal Champion in Bristle Woods Rift and The Total Eclipse in Valour Rift.
- The Rift Ultimate Lucky Power Charm is also obtained by opening an Unstable Broom from an Ascended Elder in Furoma Rift, and Mysterious Gold Rift Box from Absolute Acolyte in Bristle Woods Rift.
- Unstable Celestial Timechest when highest floor reached with Ultimate Umbra Augmentation is 80+
