There are currently five known Special Event Mice which can only be found and caught during certain periods:
- Birthday Mouse – released for MouseHunts 1st birthday 2009
- Cupid Mouse – released for the Valentine's Giveaway 2008
- Elf Mouse – released for the Christmas Season 2008
- Glitchpaw Mouse – released for April Fool's Day 2009
- Hollowhead Mouse – released for the Haunted Giveaway around Halloween 2008
