So far, little information is available on this possible new base. The new base was first noted on a developer's profile on 23 December 2008 around 4:00 PM EST but removed less than half an hour later.
The only information we have is that with an ambush trap, it has a total power of 3680; given that, a simple bout of trial and error yielded that we can expect it to have 200 power and a 10% power increase.
