This page discusses a possible new Base. Information here is subject to change upon its actual in-game release (which itself isn't certain).
The Polar Base was first noted on a developer's profile on 23 December 2008 around 4:00 PM EST but was removed less than half an hour later. So far, very little information is available on this possible new base.
What is known at this time is that with an Ambush weapon, it yields a total power of 3,680. There are many different combinations of Power and Power Bonus that will produce that number, however, so it is impossible to know exact specifications unless and until the base is officially released, at which time the numbers and appearance may differ from what is presented here.
