The Tribal Kaboom Base can only be bought from the Extreme Toboggan Challenge Trapsmith during Great Winter Hunt 2015. It cost 172,000 gold and could not be refunded.
Location-Specific Effects
The Tribal Kaboom Base doubles the range of Seashells, Savoury Vegetables, Delicious Stones and all Seeds dropped (rather than the number of drops themselves) in the Tribal Isles. Therefore, if a mouse can normally drop 1 -3 loot, it will drop between 2 and 6 (odd numbers included) with the base.
