The Extreme Spore Charm is sold by the Charm Shoppe in the Fungal Cavern, the Labyrinth and Zokor for 2,000 gold, 2 Super Spore Charms and 1 Nightshade. It is non-refundable. It can also be bought on the Marketplace. It can be generated as a result from hunting with an Unstable Charm as well.
