The Horsepower Charm was only available during the Year of the Horse Festival. It could be obtained by converting 1 Nitropop Charm using a Horsepower Potion and 768 Gold.
The effects of this charm may change for each Lunar New Year event.
Potion Conversion
Horsepower Potions were dropped by Lunar New Year event mice when Nitropop Charms were armed, but only during the Year of the Horse Festival.
A Hunter's stock of Horsepower Potions can be use to convert Nitropop Charms to Horsepower Charms at any time, regardless of whether a Lunar New Year event is in progress.
- One Horsepower Potion converts 1 Nitropop Charm to 1 Horsepower Charm at 768 gold per piece.
