Obtained Via
The Torch Charm was dropped as loot by Great Gnawnian Games Event mice during the Great Gnawnian Games 2016 event.
The Torch Charm is also available in the Marketplace or via Give To Friends. It can also be obtained as a result from hunting with an Unstable Charm.
The Torch Charm is available as a Tournament reward from the His Royal Majesty's Tournament Hall Competition tournament.

When hunting with a Torch Charm armed, a message appears in the Hunter's Journal (even for failure to attract or catch):
