The Spellbook Base is not sold by any Trapsmith, thus it is non-refundable. It can only be crafted given the proper ingredients. At this time, the crafting formula is unknown but includes Spellbook Base Blueprints.
Keep in mind the minimum points required to craft this item, for even if you do have all the necessary components, you will not be able to craft this weapon until you have the necessary 67,750,000 points.
History and Trivia
The Spellbook base was first mentioned in its blueprints which are sold at the Seasonal Garden starting 26 August 2010.
