| This dark and mystical tome once belonged to Baba Gaga, the wretched witch of the Gloomy Greenwood. Its pages are filled with her most terrifying potion recipes and in the wrong hands could surely do immeasurable harm. However, when wielded by a brave and noble hunter, this enchanted text has the tremendous ability to occasionally reproduce any potion that enters its sphere of influence.
This base has a chance to duplicate any potion that a mouse drops as loot. When armed with the Boiling Cauldron Trap, this base is guaranteed to duplicate any potion that the trap produces. | |||

This base is available during the annual Halloween event:
- 2021: from the Reward Track after brewing 10 batches of Evil Extract.
- 2022: purchased in the Gloomy Greenwood Trapsmith for 450,000 gold.
- 2023: purchased in the Gloomy Greenwood Trapsmith for 450,000 gold.
Special Effects
- Provides a chance to duplicate any potion that a mouse drops as loot
- Duplication is guaranteed within the Gloomy Greenwood
- When the effect activates, it generates a journal entry:
- My Alchemist's Cookbook Base conjured an additional 1 <X Potion>!
- My Alchemist's Cookbook Base conjured an additional 1 <X Potion>, and 1 <Y Potion>! - (If more than one type of potion is looted)
- Duplicates any potion produced by Boiling Cauldron Trap
- When the effect activates, it generates a journal entry:
- My Boiling Cauldron Trap summoned additional arcane energy from my Alchemist's Cookbook Base and brewed 2 <X Potion>!
