The Lucky Power Charm can be bought at the Muridae Market and Sunken City Charm Shoppes for 800 gold. It can be refunded for 240 gold at either location.
The Lucky Power Charm can be dropped as loot by a Warmonger Mouse if it is caught when a Monger Charm is armed. It can also be obtained as a result from hunting with an Unstable Charm.
