The magnetic power of this base exerts a constant pull on iron tools and equipment, which translates into an increased chance of attracting Tunnel Rats. Interestingly, this effect is just subtle enough that the mice never consciously notice it. Besides, even if they did know why they encountered these bases so often, they would never be able to understand how they work. |
