- 7 December 2011: The Winter Charm was introduced at the start of the Great Winter Hunt 2011 event.
- The Winter Charm was available for purchase at the Festive Comet Charm Shoppe for 600 gold and 2 Festive Feta, at the Marketplace, and was also transferable via the Give To Friends option, until 31 January 2012.
- The Winter Charm was made available during the Great Winter Hunt 2012 and could be purchased at the MegaBuy Mart Charm Shoppe for 600 gold and 2 Festive Feta, with no refund available.
- The description at that time read as follows:
- These chilly charms contain tiny fragments of the Festive Comet that not only bring extra luck to your trap but also attract the elusive Snowflake Mouse, which is infamous for carrying a large quantity of toy parts.
