The 2017 Charm could be obtained as loot while hunting in the Great Winter Hunt 2016 from the Frightened Flying Fireworks Mouse and via donation.
The 2017 Charm is available for purchase from other Hunters in the Marketplace and through Give To Friends.
Arming the 2017 New Year's Base causes mice to occasionally drop 2017 Charms as loot. This effect ceases to work on January 1, 2018.
