The Cactus Charm can be bought at the Claw Shot City Charm Shoppe for 2 Fool's Gold.
Location-Specific Properties
When armed with either S.L.A.C. or S.L.A.C. II weapons in combination with the Claw Shot Base in Claw Shot City, this activates the additional power bonus of 1,500 (on top of the 1,000 power bonus for the base alone), for a total of 2,500 on top of existing stats.
