Collect this from the Coal Shoveller Mouse and equip it to attract the Black Powder Thief Mouse. This is a special charm used on the Gnawnian Express while it is approaching Daredevil Canyon. | |||

The Black Powder Charm cannot be bought. It is dropped as loot by the Coal Shoveller Mouse in the Daredevil Canyon phase of the Gnawnian Express Station.
