The Polar Base is probably better than the Explosive Base, for those hunting Shards with Zugzwang's Last Move: power is the same, but luck is higher, and attraction rate is slightly lower (meaning less wasted bait).  For those hunting with an Ambush trap, the Birthday Cake Base is superior to the Explosive Base: higher power, with identical attraction and luck, and cheese stays fresher. Just my opinions. --Shadow 20:54, 22 June 2009 (UTC)
