"Traps utilizing Arcane damage come from sources shrouded in mystery. The strength of Arcane damage increases proportionally against The Forgotten Mice, making the traps especially effective in the Catacombs."

Arcane weapons are of average to high power as compared to other weapons of similar requirements. Indigenous Mice and The Shadow Clan have a degree of weakness to Arcane weapons, but they work best against The Forgotten Mice and Balack's Banished.
+
The Sunken City mice are all a part of the Deep Sea Dwellers and are divided into seven subgroups: Barnacled Bunch, Coral Corral, Finned Friends, Predator Pack, Scale Society, Sunken City Citizens, and Treasure Troop.

Parental Weapons
"Traps utilizing Parental power specialize in administering discipline on ill-behaving mice. These traps are firm, but fair, never harming the mouse but making sure it thinks long and hard about the trouble it caused."

The Nannybot is the only weapon with the Parental power type. It was released as part of MouseHunt's Second Birthday Event to catch the Terrible Twos Mouse, which was particularly weak to this power type. Indigenous Mice, the Forest Guild and the Aquatic Order also have a degree of weakness to this power type.  The only existing Parental weapon is limited edition and can no longer be obtained, but Nanny Charms can be used to convert any other power type trap into the Parental type.

Rift Weapons
Rift weapons were designed to catch Rift Walkers who are particularly weak to this power type.  Additionally, Indigenous Mice and Event Mice have a weakness to Rift weapons.  Currently, there is only one Rift trap available for use.  The Crystal Tower trap is part of the Riftwalker Set and gains additional bonuses when combined with the Rift Base.

Shadow Weapons
"Shadow is a magical type of damage that is effective against ghostly breeds of mice."

Shadow weapons are generally low powered, especially when compared against other weapons of similar requirements. Thus. even though many mouse groups have a certain degree of weakness to Shadow weapons, they are best used against the Shadow Clan, The Dreaded Horde, Balack's Banished, and the mice in the Sand Dunes and Sand Crypts.

Tactical Weapons
"Built upon research of battle strategy, these traps are especially strong against mice trained in the art of war."

Tactical weapons are of average power as compared to other weapons of similar requirements. Indigenous Mice, Digby Dirt Dwellers and the Aquatic Order have a degree of weakness to tactical weapons, but they work best against the Forest Guild, the Followers of Furoma and The Nerg Tribe.

Please refer to the individual trap pages for additional purchasing information, including trapsmith locations and refund amounts.

A list of all traps can be found here.

Click on the sorting box below a particular attribute to do a quick comparison. To compare weapons having the same attribute value among each other, start sorting with the least significant attribute. For example, sorting by luck, then by power type will show the weapons sorted by luck within power types.
