The Ultimate Power Charm can be bought at the Tournament Hall Charm Shoppe for 1 MEGA Tournament Token, or crafted given the proper ingredients. It is dropped as loot by the Warmonger, Retired Minotaur, Nachous, The Molten, Monster of the Meteor and by mice at the Sunken City. It can also be obtained as a result from hunting with an Unstable Charm.
It can be obtained from opening a Queso Canyon Grand Tour Treasure Chest.
