The Cactus Charm can be bought at the Claw Shot City Charm Shoppe for 2 Fool's Gold.
Location-Specific Effects
When armed with either S.L.A.C. or S.L.A.C. II weapons in combination with the Claw Shot Base in Claw Shot City, this activates the additional 1,500 power (on top of the extra 1,000 power for the base alone), for a total of 2,500 power on top of existing stats.
