Setup-Specific Properties
When armed with the Soiled Base, the charm bestows an additional 100 Power, 3% Power Bonus, 4 Luck, and 5% Attraction Bonus.

- The Growth Charm was added with the introduction of the Living Garden on 14 November 2012.
