By itself, this tiny seed of a charm doesn't seem very useful. But when combined with the Soiled Base, it sprouts a tiny amount of growth and increases its effectiveness! |

Setup-Specific Properties
When armed with the Soiled Base, the charm bestows an additional 100 Power, 3% Power Bonus, 4 Luck, and 5% Attraction Bonus.
