The High Tension Spring is one of the two weapons that are given to hunters during the game's introduction. Hunters are advised to purchase a more powerful weapon such as the 500 Pound Spiked Crusher as soon as they're able to.

The High Tension Spring can be purchased for 600 gold from the Town of Gnawnia Trapsmith. It refunds for 110 gold at the same location.
