Next projects:

Loot are items that may be dropped by mice when they are caught in traps. Different sorts of mice from varied locations drop loot. Some of the loot dropped are needed to make progress; such as map pieces. Other types of loot are simply bonuses to the hunter in the form of extra gold or points.

This page merely lists all known loot items; follow the links for more details about an item, including which mice drop the item and in which locations. Also, remember that there are other Inventory items that cannot be obtained as loot.

The following items are dropped directly; other Maps and Keys must be crafted, obtained from a Cartographer, or found inside Special loot.

Cheese

The following cheeses can be found as loot at any time, although the rates of return vary (for example, Limelight will only be found as loot to replace the Limelight piece you hunted with).

Additionally, these cheeses have been available during Events.

1 Only available from Glitchpaw mice.

2 Only available during Ronza's October 2009 visit.

3 Only available during the 2010 Halloween Trick AND Treat event.

Traps

To date, no Weapons have been directly available as loot.

The following Crafting Items can be found as loot at any time.

1 Only available at the Festive Comet during the Great Winter Hunt '09.

2 Only available during the 12 Days 'til Christmas in December 2009.

3 Only available during the MouseHunt Birthday II event.

4 Only available during the 2010 Halloween Trick AND Treat event.

5 Only available as direct loot prior to June 2010. In MouseHunt 3.0, the Frozen Scroll is only found in a Mysterious Box.

6 Only available in the Laboratory during the 08-10 October 2010 weekend event, and during the 2010 Halloween Trick AND Treat event.

Convertibles

These are items that appear under the special inventory, and can be further converted. Some of these items are only available during specific events.

1 Only available during the MouseHunt Birthday event in March 2009.

3 Only available during Christmas in December 2008.

2 Only available during the 12 Days 'til Christmas in December 2009.

4 Only available during the MouseHunt Birthday II event.

5 Only available during Ronza's October 2009 visit.

These are items that appear under the Collectibles tab, and can be obtained as loot at any time.
