The Trapsmith’s official name for this base is the Bamboozler, but among the populace, it has another, more sinister name: The Bamboozling Bamboo Base of Boo-Boos. Its fresh wood scent is irresistible to clean freaks, and boosts the attraction rate of your cheese, but that’s not all. The base is also precision built from only the strongest cuts of bamboo, increasing weapon stability and adding a power bonus.




The Bamboozler Base is a general-utility base with power between the Stone Base and the Monolith Base.

Purchasing Info

The Bamboozler Base can be purchased for 90,000 gold from the Training Grounds Trapsmith. It refunds for 14,200 gold at the same location.

History and Trivia

  • The Bamboozler Base was introduced on 8 June 2010 alongside the release of MouseHunt version 3.0.
  • The name is a play on the words "bamboozle", meaning to deceive or trick (mice, in this case), and "bamboo", which is the material of which the base is made.
