The Ultimate Polluted Charm is not sold by any Charm Shoppe and is therefore non-refundable. It can only be crafted given the proper ingredients or purchased from the Marketplace. Hunters are able to transfer their supplies of the Ultimate Polluted Charm using the Give To Friends option.

- The Ultimate Polluted Charm was introduced on 21 January 2014 with the introduction of the Toxic Spill location, but could not be crafted until the end of the 1st spill on 27 January 2014.
