The Ultimate Anchor Charm guarantees that the next mouse encountered during a Sunken City Dive will be caught, even if the encountered mouse is normally immune to capture. There is a chance that the charm will not be consumed after use.

The Ultimate Anchor Charm is not sold by any Charm Shoppe and is therefore non-refundable. It can be crafted given the proper ingredients or purchased from the Marketplace. It can also be obtained as a result from hunting with an Unstable Charm. Hunters are able to transfer their supplies of the Ultimate Anchor Charm using the Give To Friends option.

- The Ultimate Anchor Charm guarantees that the next mouse encountered will be caught, while diving in the Sunken City.
- There is a chance that the Ultimate Anchor Charm will not be consumed after use.
- After each hunt, the Ultimate Anchor Charm creates an entry in the Hunter's Journal:
- If the charm is not consumed, the message reads:
- My Ultimate Anchor Charm braves the waves and resurfaces! Whew! It's still good for another use!
- If the charm is consumed, the message reads:
- My Ultimate Anchor Charm shudders against the currents, starts to crack and shatters under the water pressure. Lost to Davey Jones' Locker!
