Obtained Via
The Jade Base was first available for purchase for 80,000 gold from Ronza's Traveling Shoppe during her January-February 2012 visit. It is available during Lunar New Year events and is necessary for obtaining the current year's Chinese Zodiac-themed Jade Base. It refunds for 14,000 gold.
